Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to all offers by APELLOX (trading as Punche) and to every distance contract concluded between APELLOX and the consumer.

Article 3 — Offer

All offers are valid while stocks last. APELLOX reserves the right to change prices and assortment.

Article 4 — Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer. APELLOX sends a confirmation by email.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving reasons. Because our products are perishable foods, the right of withdrawal lapses once the packaging has been opened or the product consumed.

If the package is returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days, the purchase price will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense.

Article 6 — Delivery

APELLOX aims to ship orders within 1–2 business days via PostNL letterbox parcel. Delivery times are indicative. APELLOX is not liable for delays caused by PostNL.

Article 7 — Payment

Payment is made via iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.

Article 8 — Conformity and Warranty

APELLOX guarantees that products conform to the agreement. Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email, with a photo of the product.

Article 9 — Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to contact form. APELLOX responds within 5 business days.

Article 10 — Governing Law

Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between APELLOX and the consumer.
