Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving reasons.

Exception: Perishable Products

Our cookies are perishable food products. The right of withdrawal lapses once the packaging has been opened or the product consumed. An unopened package in its original condition can still be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Received a damaged or wrong product? Report it within 48 hours of receipt via contact form with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to return the product.

Return Procedure

  1. Email contact form with your order number and reason.
  2. You will receive instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Send the product back unopened in original packaging.
  4. Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense.
  5. Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe). Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
